Allhamdulillah, after 6 long days of struggle the first team of #Burton4Gaza volunteers have entered Gaza via Rafah border. They will spend the next few days distributing aid to the much needed areas in Gaza in sha allah. It is vital that we carry on supporting the people of gaza and ensure the aid is getting to the people. I would like to thank all those that have supported and pray Allah accepts your donations. There will be another small delegation travelling across very soon in sha allah and i would like to take this opportunity to request that you keep your kind donations coming in for the next round of distribution. I will personally be travelling with the will of Allah alone to carry out follow up work after the safe return of the team currently on the ground. Lastly a lesson for all of us- it has taken the team over 6 days to make the difficult journey and to finally enter Gaza. This was mainly down to the difficulties created by the Egyptian authorities. However, Allah knows best and is the best of planners. Verily, with hardship there is relief (Quran 94:6) Perhaps Allah may bring victory or a decision according to His Will. (Quran 5:52) Jazak Allah khair.
