Almost 30 years ago while living on my own I asked that my Dad help to build an herb garden for my kitchen. We bought the wood, built the box together, painted it a lovely light blue and planted the garden. I treasured that box and used it until it literally fell apart. Dad is on my mind lately, especially this time of year. So I had an idea for a little project. It will take some time to come to fruition but Im going to recreate the concept. Instead of herbs, I will plant a few succulents and roses which he loved. And Ill attempt to grow seeds that I still have from his memorial. First I must prepare the box. More will be revealed.
