Alright Im not going to lie Ive seen this status a few times since Robin Williams death because its a fairly serious problem in our world. That problem is Mental Illness and Its something I live with everyday. For those who dont know I have recently been diagnosed with borderline clinical depression and an ever increasing anxiety disorder. I have been taking steps to make these things more livable for myself without taking medication (Because I feel Im too young to punish myself that way), Ive changed my job, Ive made positive steps in living a healthier life, I take extra care in my hydration and try to balance work sleep and play. I think something people need to realize is that the most outgoing personable human in your friends circle may also be someone who is struggling the most with the demons inside. I count my blessings everyday for my immediate family and supportive friends who know and are there when i need them, they know who they are and know what I deal with, Unfortunately some people are not as lucky in having these people around. If this status can serve anything it would be to reach out to your friends and learn to understand what they deal with and without treating them any different make sure they know how much you care. They may not be Robin Williams but they are so much more important in your life to you than anyone else, and if the last thing you remember of them is finding out they struggled with this increasingly common illness then its too late.
