Alright ladies and gents....Ive heard several people swear by it so I decided to give it a try for myself. Abolene is what its called. I picked it up from Wal-greens in the beauty section. Yes the beauty section....it was created to remove make-up but if placed on your body before a work-out (I also use my sweat band) it increases your burn and you sweat more during your workout. This morning after doing yard work (it was an overcast and breezy) I had sweat dripping off me when I made it into the house. Give it a try, I too am now a believer in Abolene. (Oh the lady in Wal-greens said they cant keep it on the self....I wonder who decided to use it in this manner and why) Thanks Yomeka Evans for encouraging me to try it.
