Alright mamas- tips, tricks, and guidance on taking a long road trip with the babies? Charlotte NC to Melbourne FL to visit my grandmother is usually 9 hours with normal stops for gas & food. Add two 1 month olds into the mix and no doubt itll be longer. Good news is they generally sleep well in the car. Bad news is they eat every 3 hours. Overnight travel isnt an option. Were aiming to do it all in one day. My plan is to pump on the road and feed them bottles since thats far faster than feeding them at the boob. Plan on taking their Rock n Plays for them to sleep in. Child friendly places to stop along the way (mostly I-95)? Any advice? This will be the first time longer than 20 minutes in the car for them.
