Although I been wrkin out n running evryday for th pas 3 yrs, the last 4 wks i been wrkn out wit th assistance of an instructor at our fitness center..teaching me th proper way to lift, breathe, focus, right posture, n knowing how much weight i can handle and YEA starting out frm th bottom!...i can see th chngs in all areas, i finally know wat it means wen I hear ppl say NO PAIN NO GAIN and FEEL THA BURN...totally feel it evry other day in my arms, back, calves, thighs, glutes, or shoulders... I know that no matter whether u lift Heavy or Light u get results with proper posture, healthy eating/drinkn habits n focusing on HOW u lift, Thank You San Carlos Fitness Center!!....im totally proud of myslf, n Yea im comfortable wearing my baggy clothes too it reminds me of how big i USE to be *hi pitch voice*..WAAAATT!!..I tell myslf No turning back Baby!! Hahaha....qwik video of me wrkn one of my sets with 10lb dumbells..(4 sets of 12 with my las set up by 5) it was Shoulder/Arm day for me and It felt AWESUM!!
