Although we have a hike/picnic for July 27th scheduled at Ft. Donelson, a super-awesome, once-a-year activity is happening the same morning. Credit for your summertime Activity award if you go to either. NEWS FROM DUNBAR CAVE: Come out to Cooling at the Cave, just like was done in the old days, on Saturday, July 27, 3-5pm to fill up the dance floor playing games, partaking of refreshments, and dancing (or just tapping your feet and clapping your hands). Cumberland Winds will provide music sure to lift your spirits out of any summer doldrums. As of the publishing of this newsletter, the following “door” prizes are going to be presented to some lucky participants: Blueway Adventure (2 kayak rides),The Looking Glass (basket of bread), Bombshells Salon & Spa (gift basket), K-9 Kutts (pet grooming). Overflow parking is being arranged at the church near the top of the hill near Russelville Pike. A van will shuttle people to DCSNA’s parking lot. Bill Larson will chauffeur (via golf cart) those needing assistance getting to the cave entrance. So, ya’ll come!
