Am I honor bound..... ? So, I just got booked for an event by a client who was gonna go with another company but decided they liked the look of my stuff and have heard great things about SweetTooth Sensations. Fast forward to the phone call I just had. Lady took it upon herself to call and accuse me of stealing her client. Mind you Id never even heard of her and yesterday was the first time I ever spoke to the client. She said as a fellow baker I shouldve given her a call to let her know that theyd decided not to go with her services (because this is a corporate account and theyre hard to come by). I asked her had the client called her and she said yes but I should have at least given her a heads up! (Yes she said it loudly and with attitude)... I wont go into the full convo but thats the gist of it. Her making it seem like Im to blame cause they changed their minds and how it isnt right cause shed been looking to do something like this for a while......
