Amazing how easily things can get done, when you call any company with a problem, as long as youre right, have proof that youre right, a reasonable operator/supervisor and you drop the fact that youll be writing a letter to said company CEO, no matter the outcome. It can either be a congratulatory letter praising the employees, or slamming customer service. The choice is up to the operator/supervisor... lol
