Amazing interfaith ministry, crossing the WA-ID state line is Family Promise of the Palouse. It has, in the last six months, provided 693 nights of shelter for homeless children and their families. I am so proud to be involved with this ministry, working with other faiths on a common cause: helping homeless families find work, find housing, and provide a stable home for their children. I was homeless and you took me in, hungry, and you fed me ... as often as you have done it to the least of these -- you have done it to me .... JC (c 32 CE). I invite my Fb friends around the USA to see if your community has an active Family Promise program. If you do, it is one fine program, worthy of your support, crossing all theological divides, and I encourage you to become involved. Together, we can end homelessness for families.
