Ambassador Kathy Leach paid a visit to Verin Dvin village to meet Head of the Community Lyudmila Petrova and to mark International Womens Day. Lyudmila Petrova is the only woman in Arartat region elected as a Head of Community, she is governing already 10 years and enjoys peoples respect. Its inspiring to see a woman with the trust of her community, leading with kindness and quiet confidence, said Kathy Leach.
