Amen Carman, for Jesus became a curse for us, that cursed is everyman that hangs on a tree. Isaiah 54:17, even before He obeyed His Father on "tree", by every stripe, the beat and tore into His most Holy flesh....every single whipping of the "Cat of Nine Tails"....they tore into His flesh, cutting him wide open that you could see his bones......yes, 39 times, the sliced into his back, his arms, his legs.....as the whip, tied in a head of nine whips, entertwined with glass, small knives, tore into his body, imagine how many cuts, imagine His Holy Holy Holy body excrutiating pain,....in Isaiah it states they are stripes....now you know, from that horrific punishment did not cry out; yet he walked "La Villa Dolorosa"...all the way to Golgatha mount for you, for me, for healing ALL OUR dis-ease. Meditate on that, and know He loves you to death. He is the only one that ever loved you to die for you so that by His death...you, me....may live with Him. Cool.
