American Airlines has just lost my bag with my dress clothes for an audit for the week. I have nothing but the clothes on my back. AAs wonderful customer service in baggage claim says that I can buy one replacement set of undergarments a day, they wont say if they can reimburse me for the clothing that will be impossible to buy this late on a Sunday. I explained that Im working in a remote area and its not feasible to drive in daily for clothing. Oddly enough in Shreveport they were offering vouchers for travel and we overheard them say they could only carry 18 checked bags. My bag was one of them pulled with my frequent flyer luggage tag on it so this 3rd world country airline could carry freight. I take it back, 3rd world country airlines are more reliable than AA. So AA, youre about to experience a loss considerably more than the clothing and toiletries. I will never fly this pos airline again. And my staff wont fly it again on my jobs. AA is losing 50+ flights a year. I am disputing the charge for this flight and my flight last week on my Amex. I was good until some hag in NC who sounded like she was eating a hamhock when talking to me was rude. Sorry for the rant. Send bail money.....
