American Bulldog Dog Rescue ***Please share to help TimmyTim find his forever home*** He has been patiently waiting for a home for over 2 years!!!!! Lets get him homed by August! WE CAN DO IT!!! Share this post as many times as you can, on every group you belong to! Seek out any doggy groups/forums/pages and post it there! His home is out there, somewhere! Homing Requirements: TimmyTim needs a settling period to unpack and allow him to adjust having been in kennels for many, many months. He chews with boredom in his kennel so needs awareness when leaving him. Needs calm routine with infrequent visitors. Only pet status with a secure garden or area for off lead pottering. Not for children. Happy around other dogs away from the kennel environment. His Story: TimmyTim was found tied up in a park on Christmas day very thin and covered in bite marks. He has built his confidence up since and now meets other dogs well. Still in kennels and needs the opportunity to prove himself. Neutered, vaxd and chipped. Advert: TimmyTim wins hearts and is winning his way towards his ultimate goal; a family to call his own. We are currently suggesting only dog so he can relax in his home. He meets dogs outside well in controlled circumstances as with all our dogs. TimmyTim is definitely a people person and warms and welcomes all. Easy to manage on a lead and delights in having walks. Would not recommend using a crate for TimmyTim, he has to feel comfortable and relaxed in his home. Travels well in a car. TimmyTim is a larger Staffie and his calm disposition and colouring suggests American Bulldog. His head and laughing smiles are all Staffie, together with a very loving nature. As with all bull breed dogs, his energy should be kept calm, so within his control so no tuggie but fetch and Treat Trial are great for TimmyTim. TimmyTim welcomes and truly cares. TimmyTim is currently in boarding kennels and is also available for foster until a forever home is found. VIDEO: https://youtube/watch?v=WjsDZ2VZor0 Debbie echoes what a lot of us are thinking... Walked my favourite boy for the second time today and I have asked myself why he isnt in his forever home yet. Now, Im not the best at harnessing but he is very patient, sits and waits on command, whilst I fiddle around trying my best to harness him quickly so we can be out and on our way for a good walk!! Timmy walks very nicely on lead and doesnt pull much at all. In fact on the way back he was very happy to walk by my side and kept looking up for a fuss. He takes treats very gently and gave me a little kiss a couple of times to say thank you. Timmy has won a place in my heart big style, and I wish his forever home would come soon Visit TimmyTim on our forum: rescueremediesdogrescue.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=75&t=1744 If interested in offering TimmyTim his forever home, please read our homing process, fill in a homing questionnaire and someone will be in contact: rescueremedies.co.uk/our-process ***PLEASE NOTE: Our mission is to find every dog in our care its forever home.
