An emergency Kenedy City Council meeting was called last night to appoint a new municipal judge. The public didnt even realize BS had applied for the opening when David resigned earlier this month. This action wasnt done during regular meeting. It was an emergency. No public statements, no one knew the details. Read the paper. Thank goodness Mr Joe Baker was present or the community wouldnt have known about the embarrassing action unless we had gotten a ticket and showed up in court. An emergency? And the mayor broke a tie to make her appointment. Our question is how long until the election? Will she quit again if she gets her feelings hurt? What a pitiful arrangement.
