An ominous start from team Pakistan as they lose by 6 wickets after posting 313 batting 1st to a side match against New Zealand President 11. A closer look at the scorecard shows some positives Umer Akmal scored a decent 50 while, Misbah got a ton in a 50 over match (quite possibly his 1st overseas). Sohaib Maqsood is back, while trying to accommodate both Hafeez and Yonus in the same 11 meant that Harris Sohail had to sit out. Unless he is unfit I do not see a reason, considering he is probably going as the 6th if not 5 bowlers. Ehsan Adil and Wahab Riaz also contributed quick runs at the back end. As far as bowling was concerned, Irfan did not play, neither did Bhatti. Wahab and Sohail gave away over 6 an over with Ehsan going close to 9 an over. Shehzad n Yonus made up for the 5th bowler.
