An open letter to Mayfield High School Class of 84... Hello friends. Oh it sounds like the reunion was a fantastic event. I wish I could have attended. Due to an illness I have been dealing with the last year I am currently somewhat limited. This is the first time I have spoke of this and what has happened to me. I left the area a while ago but had intended on coming home to see all you. Dealing with a life changing illness helps you remember what makes you the person you are. Our families, our friends and where we all come from. I am very proud of where I come from and so much wish I could have returned this weekend to see all of you. I am happy that the event was a great one and look forward to come home another time and catch up. Even though I was not there I wanted to say thanks to all of you who took the time to put something like that together. Things like that and the people there help me remember what family and home are about. Being from Mayfield and Ohio means something in this world. Shoot ask LeBron. No better place to be from or live in. Great to see the pictures, it looks like quite an event!!! Dont forget about this Wildcat/Buckeye living behind enemy lines in Wolverine Country in THAT state up north ... LOL! Sorry all my Michigan family but you all know I still bleed Scarlet and Gray. (and yes that green and white) I am glad a great time was had!!! Love you all!!! Jeffrey
