An update everyone. Additional practice sessions have been requested by people in this group, and working with the organizers and locations available to schedule. Additional practice sessions will absolutely happen before the big day. Three more things: 1. It does not matter if you know the routine. The routine is only about a minute, the rest of our events on the day are social dancing. So even if you dont know the routine, still join us. Much social dances will be happening throught the day. This day is all about having fun, and spreading the danceform we love throughout our city. 2. According to media deadlines, we are going to need to agree on the sequence of events. I have suggested Kings Park, meet 12:00 for final rehearsals, 12:30 for our first event. We have no monuments as suggested by International, but have good views of the city there. Then we walk to central city, Forrest Chase outside of Myers. After that Flash Mob event, we catch the train to go to Cottesloe Beach for the rest of the day. That is simply my idea, and totally open for discussion on Sunday. But we do need to agree on locations and times. 3. Regarding training.
