And here is the posture video that I made today. Im getting super excited about my new posture video series. This one is all about setting up an ergonomic workspace. Its 4 minutes... too long? What topics would you like to see covered in the posture series? Im planning to do a demo with my daughter about how to teach good sitting posture to young children. Im also planning one about forward head posture (and that fatty neck hump that results). And maybe one about ergonomic breastfeeding/mothering. Im a little concerned since the production quality isnt great (its so hard with no cameraman). Is it distracting? I have to physically get up to change the camera every time I zoom in, and its hard to get the lighting right if Im on the wrong side of the camera. But normal people dont care about that... do they?
