....And so, tomorrow we begin another 180 days of the pitter-patter of energetic little feet in the hallways, anticipating what WONDERFUL adventures they will encounter in the coming year.... (NOT). Their precious little faces will be FILLED with enthusiasm, and happiness to be back in the wonderful atmosphere that they have been told will help to MOLD their precious brains into the brilliant, successful, CEO, or Entrepreneur they aspire to be.....(NOT). Their DESIRE to be ALL that they can be... an astronaut, a surgeon, the Nobel Peace Prize scientist that discovers the cure for Cancer....maybe the PRESIDENT...(NOT....NOT). ......sigh......OK..wishful thinking...they are coming back cause MOM and DAD are MAKING them. :) HOWEVER.....kicking and screaming, us educators have banned together to be sure that WE have done ALL WE can to make ALL of their dreams....POSSIBLE. TO all of my colleagues, and friends out there in education.....Happy 2014-15 school year to you!!! GO GET EM GUYS!!!!!!
