And thats a wrap! What a fun weekend! Thanks so so much to everyone who made it out. Despite less than perfect weather on the Saturday we still had about 50 people out crushing rigs and developing new problems and then on the Sunday, with slightly better weather, we had more than 80 people total out at the crag! Over the weekend around 50 new problems were scrubbed up and about 30 new FAs were done from V0 to V6 and some great double digit plus projects were found and tried too! Was fantastic to see people had come from all over the place - Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Bega, Nowra, Newcastle, Canberra and more - and were having a blast here in our backyard. The response to all the new sectors was super positive! A big thanks to the CCA (Canberra Climbers Association) for funding the portaloos and to Chris Warner and Ray Spencer for towing them out and back. A massive thanks to all the sponsors of the event for providing so much support and great prizes for everyone - Kailas, Gregory, Metolius, Climbing Anchors, The CCA, Fortis Climbing, Evolv Sports & Goal Zero. There will be photos soon from a few photographers that we had the pleasure of having on board over the weekend, so keep your eyes out soon for that. And seeing as the response was pretty darn positive all weekend and that everyone was having such a blast, I think we might just have to do it all again next year! What do you think?
