And this is why I am annoyed! From the Geraldton Guardian. Repeat offender. First offence, released, no punishment.. Second offence, 12 mths supervision, 60 hrs community service - hardly enough to repay the damage he caused. I would have liked him do enough community service / hard labour to repay his debt during the day and jail/detention at night until his debt is repaid - only then would he learn!
