And today we showcased afghan culture at International Festival of National Cuisines, Cultures and Traditions :) The festival organises each year by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the foreign diplomatic missions accredited in the country and it’s goal is to introduce the world’s culture and traditional food… For the festival, embassies were invited to share their native cultures with others by cooking and selling examples of their national cuisine….. So Like other countries Afghanistan’s booth was also decorated very colorfully displaying various posters showing the beauty of Afghanistan nature, richness and diversity of its culture and people also Unsurprisingly, our food were extremely popular at the festival and all of the food quickly sold out..:) Really Participating in this festival was a unique experience for me . could familiarize myself with the traditions and national cuisines of many countries. just by walking through the various colorfully decorated booths allocated to participating countries. it was almost like a quick trip around the world just in a few minutes”.
