And who is this gorgeous cat? Why, its adoptable Miriam! This playful, independent calico is still waiting for her forever home. Her fosterers write: Shes definitely an affectionate cat - she is right at the door when I come home and gets up when my alarm goes off in the morning so she can weave around my legs and get scratches as I get ready - but she definitely needs it to be on her own terms, so no picking up or lap-sitting, and she usually only cuddles for a few minutes. Besides that, she eats and uses the litter box just fine, along with the vertical scratcher I have, and loves to play. If Im not playing with her, shes usually chasing one of her toy mice around the apartment, tossing them up in the air, and getting them lost in strange places. I think that shed like to be in a place that gives her a little more room to run around, and with lots of play time. She remains as cute as ever.
