Anne Arundel County businessman Larry Hogan entered the home stretch of the Maryland Republican gubernatorial primary in the strongest financial position... Hogan reported having nearly $390,000 in the bank as of last week, far more than his three rivals... The Hogan campaign said it also expects to receive $275,000 in matching funds next week as part of its participation in the state’s public financing.
