Anon post: My 9 1/2 month old used be a great sleeper. 2 naps during the day for no more than an hour each time and 7.30pm - 6.30-7am bedtime routine. Lately, she will go to bed a night without a fuss but after a few hours sleep will wake every 1-2 hours for no reason!! She’s not too hot/cold, not hungry, bums clean too. She will be fussing and will not go back on her own until Ive been into her, give her her dummy back and soothed her. This pattern continues all throughout the night until its time to get up. Im exhausted and Ive no idea what to do? Any advice would be greatly appreciated
