Anonymous question - scans I am 27 weeks pregnant with fraternal twins and have been in hospital on bed rest since 24 weeks. Cervix is staying stable (around 15mm) but now the scans are starting to show abnormal doppler readings of blood flow to the babies which may explain their small size (1st and 2nd percentile, but mainly due to short femur length). However one day the scan is fine and the next day its not. The scans seem so inconsistent and unreliable, and I keep hearing stories of people whose scans turn out to be completely wrong even though the doctors use them as their basis to trigger early delivery. Has anyone else had a similar experience?
