Another Shocking Murder in Uganda; Security Operative from Flying Squad Police shot dead unarmed civilian in Kawempe near Police Station. Julius Twekilize (Flying Squad) was armed with three guns before shooting Mr Olanya Sam in mouth and blew up his skull last night (31/12/2014) at 8p. After committing murder, Twekilize warned bystanders to keep quiet or he will kill anyone making noise. Flying Squad is Special Police Forces under the command of IGP Gen Kale Kayihura while, Brigadier Muhoozi Kainerugaba (President Musevenis son) in CHARGE of Presidential Guard Brigade responsible for his FATHERS SECURITY in Uganda. This time the murders (Flying Squad) are known unlike that of Sheikh Dr Abdul Khadir Ali Muwaya (25/12/2014), Sheikh Mustapha Bahiga (28/12/2014), Sheikh Sentamu etc. Same time (pattern) of murders at 8pm.
