Another baseball season has come to an end and its so emotional for us! We are relieved to have free evenings with our family again - to be able to cook dinner and not eat Subway in the car while taxiing littles to and from practices 5 nights a week. We are relieved to have a whole extra day in our weekend (6 hours NOT spent at the fields on Saturday game day). We are relieved to not have to wash practice/game uniforms four times a week. BUT. We are going to MISS the weekly time spent with our baseball friends and family. We are going to miss the pride that swells in our hearts when the littles have fun and do good on those fields. We are going to miss the sights and sounds and smells of Game Day. And we are going to miss the weekly impact that these men (and Linds!) have on the littles. We are SO grateful for the time and effort and love and dedication that they pour into Tuck, Britt and Brynnli. They are teaching them to love the game, to be good sports, to never give up, to give their all, to work as a team and to believe in themselves and their abilities. We love and appreciate yall more than you can know. THANK YOU.
