May 09, 2014 Name: John Swainson • Review Title: I write to say thank you • Location: Chippenham I write to say thank you to your driver who delivered my Amazon parcel tonight at 22.00 that Yodel should have delivered yesterday and failed to deliver today for want of customer focus and initiative. Your driver was cheerful and uncomplaining no matter that he had not been given the correct directions to my house and had to telephone me twice to find it .. and spend ~90 minutes doing so.. His manner and perseverance set a benchmark standard and I have suggested to Amazon that they use City Quick in preference to Yodel in future. John Swainson
