Another weekend comes to an end and another one spent in the crazy world of bodybuilding After what has been a long season. Today I competed in my 4th and final show of the year! Yesterday was the ANB where I was 4th in the under 80kg Men and today was 2nd in the NABBA Jnr Mens devision. Beaten by some quality physiques who have inspired me to go back to the drawing board and improve At the end of the day this sport isnt about where you place. Its about self improvement and I am personally wrapped with the improvements I have been able to make since first stepping on stage into this crazy world this time last year! As much as this is viewed as an individual sport I would not have been able to do any of this without an amazing support team! To all those at the gym that share this bizarre passion of mine as well as all my close friends and family who think Im crazy (and fair enough too). Your support does not go unnoticed and I appreciate every one if you. The fact that no matter what I decide to do I am supported by the ones that mean the most to me makes me realize how lucky I really am. Time to stop flexing, tanning and looking in the mirror like a wanka lol and start putting 100% effort into my clients! Super keen to get into the week tomorrow! Lets do this!
