Another year come and gone. Shifts and changes are part of life. As we evolve we go thru growing pains. Life has a way of throwing us curve balls or speed bumps to see if we have grow into experiencing life thru wisdom compassion and forgiveness or if we still still cling thru fear and doubt. I am beginning to notice that when I get angry or upset there is an underlying fear that is driving me; instead of trusting that God is in control, my fear comes from my doubts that I am helpless. By steeping back and realizing that there is an unseen hand in my life and trusting that I will be OK shifts my perspective to the abundance that I do have in my life . Abundance comes in many forms friendships, family, unconditional love of our four legged pets and the wonders of Mother Earth in her gifts of a speculator sunset or sunrise or the true beauty of nature herself. I notice by quieting my mind of what should be and accepting what is is a pathway to peace and brings joy into my life. I let go and let God and know that I will be have what I need when I need it. This is a journey of trust and faith intangible concepts but very real. I count each and every you as a blessing in my Life/ I hope and pray for each and everyone of you that you find your way back to the heart of God and the coming year be full of the Love and Light of the Creator.
