Answers In Action Movie Night -- CRASH -- this Friday, September 12, at 7 PM in Costa Mesa! No cost, light supper, & bring your favorite movie snack to share. This week we are going to watch a movie that didnt make a big splash in theaters in 2004, despite stars like Sandra Bullock, Matt Dillon, Brendan Fraser, & Don Cheadle, BUT its become a cult classic. It is insightful, challenging, an apparent enigma regarding subtle discrimination. And a riveting story line with a very surprising & redemptive ending. Rated R for themes, language, & violence, this is not a film for children. But it is so engrossing & the characters so believable that I am not distracted by the R ingredients. Weve seen this movie before, but Im looking forward to sharing it with some new viewers & comparing reactions.
