Any car guys around? I purchased a 2005 civic about a month ago, it had no keyless entry remote, or remote for the prostart car starter that was pre-installed. I purchased the keyless entry remote and had it programmed at dealer(working great). I purchased the remote for prostart yesterday at Canadian tire and they wouldnt program it for me (see where this is going?), I downloaded the directions and tried following them to get the remote working, but no avail. Actually I ended up making things worse, now the doors will not lock with the button on the door, the power Windows will not go down (or up, one partially down) the keyless entry remote will lock all but the drivers door, and the horn no longer beeps when locking the doors. Please help, or tell me where I might take the car to get it fixed and get in today, we are planning to head to cape Breton tomorrow and really need it fixed.
