Thank you for your service. I was impressed listening to your AB 154 discussion in the latest video posted on your site. I just called your district office and spoke with Joyce regarding the Convention of States that has been opened by 6 states so far. This is an opportunity the states have to take back power from the federal government. As you may know...Article V of the Constitution allows the State Legislators to meet, introduce and vote on amendments to the Constitution. We would like you to be the lead for California to pass a resolution joining with the other states and encouraging other states to join. Almost everyone knows our federal government is on a dangerous course. The unsustainable debt combined with crushing regulations on states and businesses is a recipe for disaster Fortunately, the Founders gave state legislatures the power to make changes to the federal structure when Washington, D.C., starts to abuse its authority and that power is written in the original Constitution as Article V.
