Anyone else having issues with Ultimate Direction quality? I thought it was supposed to be a thing of the past but I purchased a PB 2.0 a few weeks ago and day one of running with it the elastic bottle holder snapped (of its own accord I was not even touching it) then 2 weeks down the track I was running along and pop the side adjustment strap completely separated itself from the pack! It was a very lightly loaded pack and it was only at half tension/adjustment. Being an international customer they dont have a warranty system other than return it to the US which is kind of crap, I contacted them to complain and the customer service rep suggested that Why dont you find someone locally to fix it WOW why didnt I think of that!!! In the same week I started wearing a brand new pair of Lone peak 1.5s and after less than 50 miles of genuinely gentle trail mileage this is what the soles looked like:( Chunks missing from treads everywhere! It would be nice if companies that made products supposedly designed for endurance used higher manufacturing standards. Rant over, I had nowhere else to vent as the people at both respective companies didnt appear to give a damn
