Anyone got any creative/good ways to keep of time during a session? I do not typically use music because of the high level of client interaction in my work. I usually get really into what Im doing & find it hard sometimes to keep track of time during a session. I typically schedule lots of time between massages in case I go a bit over but Im wondering what others do to be more on top of time. Please share any advice, wisdom, tips or tricks. Thanks!
