Anyone who knows me well...knows I love to eat! I can put back some food...and last night, I was invited to my clients dinner table..to join them, and their guests...for the party I catered....I was the last to sit, since I had plenty of work to finish, frying catfish, before I could sit down...When I did, someone said this to me, after having watched me...Oh, my...Im impressed...you sat down with a man sized plate...and you ate all of that..and you never even stopped talking.. Blahahahaha...and I said to him, Did you miss that part about Im really from Mississippi?.... Too funny....good thing he never saw my dessert plate..which had Blueberry Cobbler...Southern Pecan Pie..and some homemade Southern Vanilla Ice Cream on it....and, No...I dont eat that way every day...
