Anytime we experience change we tend to lose order and control, especially in the areas of taking care of ourselves, eating a clean and healthy diet, and exercising consistently. When life gets chaotic and our to-do lists are overflowing with obligation and commitment, clean eating and consistent exercise tend to be pushed aside in order to stay on top of the chaos and disruption in routine and flow. Dont you agree that its when life throws you a curve ball you are most likely apt to say, The heck with this plan. Theres not enough time to prep meals, eat healthy, and workout. But..... What is accomplished by losing order and control of your health and wellness and personal wellbeing? Lets see I can think of a few you may relate to: Does weight gain and tight fitting clothes may ring a bell! In just two weeks the scale has been up consistently by 2 pounds and my favorite pair of shorts require a bit more loosening up than usual. Get back to the basics. Eat to fuel your body for change and chaos. An increase in sugar and other crap consumption can lead to bloat, fatigue, and low self-esteem. Move to burn access energy from stress and to boost the metabolism into fat burning mode. Take care of yourself in order to embrace the change and chaos.
