Apparently, somebody forgot to inform the supervisor with Comcast who was part of one of the worst customer service calls that i have been a part of in about Ten years, that @ 2:58:45am yesterday the digital recording system was fully functional. this has left me knowing that the supervisor will not trash another customer in the future. Life is strange and wonderful and has many many turns and hairpin curves in it.
