Appeal for Witnesses to Collision Police are appealing for witnesses to a collision in which a motorcycle collided with a pedestrian and made off. The incident happened at around 9.30am on Thursday 19th August on Evesham Road in Parkend, Middlesbrough, leaving the 30-year-old male pedestrian with a broken leg. He was taken to James Cook University Hospital for treatment. Any witnesses to the collision or anyone with information regarding the identity of the motorcyclist is asked to contact PC Matthew Simpson from the Cleveland and Durham Specialist Operations Unit on the non-emergency 101 number, quoting reference number 166500.
