Archive research started today! I got to touch some of the Brontes actual possessions while sitting in their actual house. After I finished up in the library for the day, I wandered around the museum for the first time, which was fun, except for all the other people who didnt seem to understand that they should leave and let me have the whole place to myself, no matter how often I just happened to make sure they saw my official library visitors lanyard, which impressively says just library visitor. Also, I cant help but wonder what Charlotte would think of her very worn stockings hanging in a display case in the middle of what was once her bedroom for people from all over the world to ogle.
