H.R. 390 The National Emergency Centers Establishment Act combined with Army Regulation 210-35 The Civilian Inmate Labor Program make it perfectly legal for government agencies to force you to go to an emergency center and hold you there indefinitely in the event of ANYTHING DEEMED A NATIONAL EMERGENCY. Additionally, they are authorized to forcibly make you participate in any work program they deem necessary(this is forced labor). There is also talk of re-education programs for dissidents, but I am not sure of what the name of the legal documentation of that is, if that is true.
