To be eligible for this program, you must: - Have, alone or with your accompanying spouse, including de facto spouse, net assets of at least $1,600,000 CAN obtained legally. To make this investment 2 options are available for applicants: 1- The applicant pays the full amount of investment of $800,000 CAN and the government of Quebec refund this amount after 5 year with no interest on it. The return of the loan is guaranteed by the Government of Québec. 2- Brokers and trust companies offer the possibility of financing the investment. (Financing options is possible for our clients with payment of $ 180,000, no return) Note: there is no condition as to establish business in Canada under this program (all other immigration programs for businessmen have such a condition) and the candidate can do anything or none once in Canada. Having no condition gives a peace of mind to the interested investors who want to relocate to Canada.
