Are you stupid or do you think I am? I call you to see the car you have for sale. I have the money but when I tell you I want my mechanic to give it a once over you balk because my mechanic’s shop is “17 miles away!” Wouldn’t that qualify as a test drive? Or did you think I would just back it up and pull forward and say “sounds good to me!” “I just had it smog checked 3 weeks ago.” That’s nice, I still want my guy to at least do a diagnostic on it. I’m leaving my car with my wheelchair, my cool cane, and other stuff at your place. I’m paying for the gas I use. What is the deal? I guess you don’t really want to sell your car.
