Area Team Leader - Community Services We currently have an Area Team Leader (ATL) vacancy in: • Amble – 25 hours per week The ATL role is to monitor and supervise the quality of care and to ensure that care provision is of a high quality, contractually complaint and meets customer needs. In addition the ATL, will be responsible for regular supervision of Support Workers to ensure they are competent and appropriately skilled to undertake relevant tasks and duties. You will have or willing to undertake, a QCF Level 3 or equivalent in Health & Social Care, and experience of working in a health & social care environment. You will have proven experience in staff rostering, undertaking risk assessments and person-centred planning. Experience of managing care staff, such as development reviews and absence management would be beneficial. You will live in or around the ATL areas, described above. Salary: £8.25 per hour Hours: In addition to the ATL Hours, you will have the opportunity to carry out care work within the ATL area.
