I have been a Christian since 1972. I have always been interested in Bible prophecy. In reading Daniel, he was told to seal the book up until the time of the end which is why I believe many were not able to gain wisdom about some of the passages, at least in Daniel - and not entirely sure that the bull/beast can be understood completely (10 kings, 10 crowns, 7 Heads) until perhaps it is upon mankind - which I hope the Rapture has taken place prior. Desiring & hungering for wisdom & understanding I believe I am beginning to understand more now than I ever have before in my life (we are running out of time, as well). It seems to me in reading that the 10 kings must be in place FIRST for the one horn to come up from within them, that ultimately knocks 3 kings out & there are 7 standing with either him being the antichrist or an 8th king who supersedes him & HE is the One. With that said - in Thessalonians it says that the Son of Perdition will not be revealed until HE that RESTRAINETH is taken out of the way. To me, I feel that means one thing - the HE is the Holy Spirit & Him being REMOVED means being Taken OUT of this WORLD. With that said, I interpret that as meaning the Rapture when All those who are True Believers, who have been born again & indwelt by the Holy Spirit will be called up when Jesus comes in the clouds & with a Shout says, Come Up Hither (distinguished from the 2nd coming when he plants his feet on the Mount of Olives after the 7 years of Tribulation). This is my first posting here & I want to test the waters with regards to what I feel are a smidgeon of some of what I feel I have been learning through my studying the Word. Thank you.
