Areef Prime De Long Hi, so Walmer Park Shopping Centre has come - TopicsExpress

Areef Prime De Long Hi, so Walmer Park Shopping Centre has come with news that employees of tenants are no longer allowed to park in prime spots close to entrance, in order to vacate these opportunities to optimistic customers to ensure pleasant shopping experiences. Employees of shops are now ordered to park on outskirts of parking lots and fines of R500 will be issued for non-conformists. The questions I pose are as follows : A) with a big as disclaimer sign at entrances that accountability is accepted from Centre management if anything were to happen to an employees arguably most valuable asset. True? B) surely a fine like this will not hold up in a court of law as no rules have been broken for parking violations. I.e parking in disabled bays. C) those old ladies employed as parking Marshalls wont stop a thief trying to steal my car in an outskirts parking - will I be bought a new car? D) are they even allowed do any any of the above??? #intrigued to see where this is heading. CAT
