Argh! Offline for a couple of hours because Comcast didnt flip the right switch. Harold updated his account yesterday and we had TV and internet all night, but suddenly this morning a work order must have hit someones desk and the old account got turned off without activating the new. Suddenly no TV and no internet. The TV magically restored itself, but it took about an hour for Harold on the phone talking with various Comcast people including supervisors and also Harold McKays son, Ian McKay, resetting the modem out in the garage before the right authorization kicked in to restore service. Just shows how dependent I for one am on technology. A couple of hours of internet withdrawal and Im pacing like a lion in a cage! :-)
