Ariel --- 6 year old STOCKY 15.1hh chestnut Quarter mare. Was trained and shown in halter and showmanship as a 2 year old. She was then sold to a lady in PA where they said she was used as a trail horse and some light showing in western pleasure. I got her back when she was 4 and started her in English and Western Pleasure where she was coming along great. She walks, jogs, and lopes with a consistent low headset. She was then recently switched over to barrels. She has a lot of speed but is still pretty green to the pattern. She has been on trails and to a few horse shows in the last year or so. Very quiet and NOT marish at all. Stands for the farrier, bathes, ties, loads, etc. I have used her for young beginner lessons in the past but she will need some more miles before I would say she is beginner safe off the farm.
